Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 weeks of purchase. This timeframe covers both order processing and transit — please allow the full window before reaching out about a delayed order.

Shipping delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, customs (for international orders), or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.

International shipping

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country — these are not included in your order total and are collected separately (either at checkout, if applicable, or upon delivery by the carrier).

Incorrect address
