PouchCat Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your cat) to love your PouchCat hoodie. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

Return window

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In its original condition, with any tags attached

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email us at pouchcathoodie@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery at pouchcathoodie@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
